Patient's Rights Charter

 

  1. The patient has the right to expect effective treatment and with full respect, regardless of racial, cultural or religious factors.

 

  1. The patient has the right to recognize the place of admission, the doctor, nurse, and other members of his treatment group if he wishes.

The patient has the right to request information on the stages of diagnosis, treatment, and progression of the disease, either personally or, if he would like, through his relatives or companions. So that, in urgent .medical circumstances, this should not lead to delay in the continuation of the treatment or the life-threatening phase of the disease

 

  1. Prior to examination or treatment and according to patient's knowledge and perception, he has the right to ask his physician to receive the necessary information on possible complications or other therapeutic methods and participates in the final treatment selection.
